Return & Exchange

Returns

All purchased items can be returned free of charge. Therefore we will not charge you an additional fee for your return. The postage for the return has to be paid by yourself (except Germany). If you wish to return something, please ensure the following:

• Return is within 14 days of receiving your order -
  We are grateful if you send back the items you wish to return shortly after receiving them so that another customer can order them soon
• All items must be in mint condition, i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached
• Return shipments must be made using the service used for original delivery (Germany only)

We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.

In case of a full return, we will refund you the full payment you have done in our online shop (this does not include the shipping towards us).

In case of a partial return, no shipping costs will be refunded.

Please note that after the receipt of your return, the refund of the purchase price may take 10 to 14 days. Of course, we endeavour to remit immediately.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to. For example, if the shipment was sent to the UK, we can only accept a return from the UK.

Important notice for customers outside of the European Union (EU)

International returns, in general, must have a completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package. This declaration must state 'RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EU.'
Please also attach a copy of the invoice, preferably in a clear plastic pouch. Failure to complete this declaration correctly may incur a charge which will be deducted from your refund. Please write us a short email including the shipping number and the information that you will return some items.

Please do not use FEDEX to process the return. Here, high processing fees are charged, which we have to deduct from you for refunds!

Exchange

An exchange is only possible for the same item in a different size, not for a different item. If you require a different size, please send us an e-mail first so that we can reserve the item for you. We send it off as soon as your return arrived. For other items, please place a new order, since they cannot be set off against each other.
