FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ORDERS
For ecological as well as economic reasons, we reserve the right to combine orders with the same delivery address that are placed within 24 hours and send them together in one package. If this results in a change in the shipping costs in your favor, we will automatically refund any excess shipping costs paid.
If you wish to change or cancel an existing order, please contact us immediately at: sales@dagmarfischermode.de or via phone +49 (0) 7631/7408404 and let us know what you would like. We will of course take care of your request.
As a rule, your order will be packed within a few hours and dispatched on the same working day.
In the case of very high order volumes, orders are dispatched within 2 working days at the latest.
Express orders received by 2 p.m. are generally dispatched directly and delivered the following working day.
Please note that express delivery can only be guaranteed from Monday to Friday.
We are sorry that your desired item is already sold out!
You now have two options:
1. You register for automatic and non-binding notification in the event of a return. You can do this in each item under "Notify me when the product is in stock".
2. Contact us directly and we will try to reorder the item from the designer for you.
Of course, we are happy to request items directly from the designer for you - even if we do not have them in our range.
In this case, it is basically a binding order, i.e. returns are unfortunately excluded.

Please understand that such requests are only possible by email.
"The goods are on their way to us. " is a term used in logistics and means that the goods are on their way to us from the designer.
Whenever this happens, we add the items to the online store for sale and you can order them.
This means that the item is not immediately available, but in our case it will be with us in a few days and therefore with you soon.
We dispatch the ordered goods as soon as we have received and checked them.
You can find a general size chart here. However, this does not apply to every item of clothing. You are welcome to send us an e-mail at any time, quoting the article number, to: sales@dagmarfischermode.de and we will measure your chosen item of clothing in the desired size.
RETURN & REFUND
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to try on the items and return them to us if necessary.
Dispatch must take place no later than the 14th day after delivery of the goods.
The sooner you return goods to us if you are not happy with them, the sooner another customer can enjoy them!
As a rule, we refund at the latest on the working day following delivery of the return - usually on the same day!

If possible, add pictures directly to your message so that we can decide the case as quickly as possible.
If you have opted for shipping with a returns label when placing your order, a returns label will be enclosed with your parcel.
If this is not the case, please send us a short message - we will immediately send you a returns label by e-mail.
If you have opted for free shipping without a return label (possible within Germany from €300), we would like to ask you to post the return at your own expense at the nearest post office.

DELIVERY
When ordering from our online store, you will receive an automatic order confirmation and a link to track your order.
You have not received a tracking number by e-mail? Please contact us and we will send you the tracking link again immediately.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please take a photo of it BEFORE opening it (we may need these photos to claim compensation from the shipping service provider).
If items are damaged or missing, please contact us directly.
Within Germany: DHL & DHL/UPS Express
Pickup: We pick out your desired items for you, you come and visit us during our opening hours and take the parts with you or try them on directly on site. We reserve the items for you for 48 hours!
Within Europe: DHL/UPS Standard & DHL/UPS Express
Worldwide: DHL/UPS Standard & DHL/UPS Express
We always opt for the fastest service with which we have had the best experience in your country.

The billing address does not have to be the same as the delivery address.
The VAT charged depends on the country of delivery and is calculated automatically based on the delivery address entered.
Under the heading DELIVERY you will find all estimated delivery times for the various delivery methods.
Please note that we always ship orders directly.
If you wish to return the goods at a later date, please note that this will shorten the return period accordingly.

If a parcel has already been sent within Germany, you can specify a preferred delivery day in DHL/UPS shipment tracking.
Please contact us directly, we will take care of everything else and discuss with you individually what we need to solve the case quickly.

PAYMENT Information
When choosing your payment method, did you realize that you would prefer to select a different payment method? No problem: with Klarna, please click on the X and select "Yes, cancel payment". With PayPal, please click on the blue button "Cancel and return to DAGMARFISCHER MODE GmbH". When selecting credit card, you will find an arrow in the bottom left corner with "to previous page". You can then select another payment method of your choice.

We wrap every item in black tissue paper - so every order is already gift-wrapped.
You are welcome to specify a different delivery address and leave us a greeting in the order comments, which we will then handwrite on a beautiful card and enclose with the shipment.
As soon as you have placed an item in the shopping cart, you will be taken to the corresponding page via "View and edit shopping cart".
There you will see a field "Apply voucher code" under the items in the shopping cart. Enter the code and click on "Apply discount"..

We generally advise you to wash your new garment before wearing it for the first time (according to the care instructions in the garment). Especially with dyed items, subsequent bleeding can occur. Therefore, be sure to put a color-catching cloth in the washing machine and wash the garment with similar colors. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help.
