SPRITZ - The summer color of the SORT AARHUS collection
A bright, deep orange - what does the color and name remind you of?
Of course - Aperol Spritz!
Aperol Spritz is summer in a glass.
The rich color alone - this bright, almost glowing orange - is like a sunset you can drink.
The exciting thing about it: the color is no coincidence, but a psychological bull's eye.
Orange stands for warmth, sociability and joie de vivre. Our brains automatically associate it with sunshine, ripe citrus fruits and vacations. This is exactly why an Aperol spritz looks like "after work by the sea" even on a gray day: As soon as light falls through the glass, it starts to glow - almost like liquid summer light.
And there's another beautiful historical fact: Aperol was developed in Padua in 1919, deep in the Italian aperitivo culture.

It's less about getting drunk and more about pausing. A drink that you drink slowly, outside, with friends, while the evening turns golden. The color supports precisely this ritual: it says "stay, sit down, the day is not over yet".
So it seems all the more fitting that Sofie Svenningaard has chosen this color as THE color of her Soomer collection.
(Aperol) SPRITZ is not just a drink, but a feeling of color.
SPRITZ = summer mode on.
