Delivery Information
Goods are shipped by DHL and UPS. We always choose the fastest service that we have had the best experience with in your country. If you explicitly want one of the two, please note this in the order comment!
All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. We currently ship to over 200 countries around the world. If we do not deliver to your country, please contact us and we'll make it possible. Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties, and handling costs may be charged by DHL on any shipment to countries outside of the European Union (EU), and will not be refunded if the items are returned.
Please note that as a customer outside the EU, you shop VAT free. The VAT has already been deducted automatically. Any customs and import fees may apply and must be paid by you directly. We have no influence on these fees. Please be aware that in case of refusal to accept the parcel any additional costs will be deducted from your refund. In this case due to customs paper work your refund might take up to 6 weeks after the parcel arrived.

We reserve the right to combine separate placed orders in case the orders are not yet sent.
For economic and ecological reasons, shoes delivered outside the EU may not be sent in the original shoe box, but in high-quality cloth bags.
For all customers from the region: You can select the "Pick-up" shipping option. We will then reserve your order for 48 hours and you can pick it up conveniently on site at Hebelstraße 9 in 79379 Müllheim. The conditions for a purchase on site apply!

Please note:
For orders within Germany valued at €300 or more, you can choose between free standard shipping
or the option to add a return label for €5.90.
If your order is below €300, standard shipping is €5.90, which includes an automatic return label.
For customers outside of Germany, standard shipping is also free for orders of €300 or more.
Express delivery: for next day delivery (Mon-Fri) we must receive the order before 2pm, otherwise we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
For orders over €1.000, shipping may be delayed by one day depending on the country, as we have to apply for export at customs! This mainly applies to Switzerland and the rest of the world!
Delivery to Russia: According to Annex XVIII of Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014, it is currently not permitted to sell items worth more than €300 per item to Russia.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
However, we can only accept non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached.
